Food parks were a thing back in 2016. There was 150 Maginhawa food park, Merkanto: International street food, The Yard, Boxpark, Gastro Park Kapitolyo, the Banchetto in cubao and many more. But before 2016 ended, there was one more that opened along P. Sanchez st. in Sta. Mesa Manila called Borderline food park.
Every craving you’ll have, you’ll find in Borderline. From milk shakes, booze, pizza-pasta-burger, sweets, sea food and steaks to ramen and maki; Borderline has it. The food park has not yet officially opened when we visited, but I think they also have live bands playing at night. The place is just so alive with their music, bright artsy food stalls and lights especially at night. It’s great for groups who just can’t agree on what to eat.
Here’s a few snaps of the place and what we ate:
I’m at my comfiest here, as you can see. hahaha
I’ve only visited two food parks, Maginhawa and Borderline. If there’s anything you can recommend, let me know in the comments section! 🙂
